Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and may be subject to customs delays. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at craftyncity@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
